Nancy has been awarded numerous gold and platinum records and is affiliated with the Recording Academy, The Audio Engineering Society, Society of Professional Audio Services (SPARS), Berklee College of Music, GoGirls.com, Inside Connection and ROTTW Magazine of Malaysia. In 2003 she was successful in her campaign to get mastering engineers included within the Album of the Year category to receive a Grammy for their work.

Some of Nancy's recent projects and artists she has worked with are:  The Late Ray Charles,  DMC, Peter Gabriel, Duran Duran, Slash, Willie Murillo, Auryn, Chad Smith, Glenn Hughes, Ann Nesby, Café Tacuba, Strawberry Shortcake, Disney's Radio Jams 2, Lion King, Frank Emilio Flynn, Chingon, Mexico & Meriachi's, Duke Ellington and Louis Armstrong. 2006 Oscar Award winning film soundtracks Tsotsi and March of the Penguins, 2006 Golden Globe Award winning film soundtrack Match Point.
